The two–day international symposium gathered experts in the field of naturalistic driving research to discuss a wide range of topics and included an international review by experts from Canada, Japan, China, Sweden, Germany, England, and the Netherlands. There was a separate workshop on September 2 entitled "Removing Roadblocks — Determining and Specifying Data Needs" for those interested.
