Ammie Jo Carter serves as Program Manager for the Division of Vehicle, Driver & System Safety, managing a diverse portfolio of projects among other division level tasks. Ammie Jo is a United States Navy Veteran, earned a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Project Management from Liberty University, and obtained an M.B.A. from University of Cincinnati. Ammie Jo has a wealth of experience beginning with serving in the Navy, government employment, and government contracting. She is active with VTTI RIDE and VFW Post 1184.
