With a B.S. in psychology from Virginia Tech, she has provided division support in the form of human data collection and data reduction. Her extensive experience in data organization and interdepartmental communication, gained during her time in the Controller's Office at Virginia Tech, has also proven crucial in her current role. She is committed to making transportation more accessible for all users.
